Scott Hanna is back for GSCF: Winter Fest 25’
Scott Hanna is a comic artist with over 30 years of experience, known for his adaptable inking style and over 21,000 inked comic pages across 100+ graphic novels. Starting as a penciller/inker for Eternity Comics, his first published work was DeathHunt #1. He later joined DC Comics, where he worked on major titles like Detective Comics and contributed to the Batman arcs Knightfall, Knightquest, and Knightsend.
Tom Mandrake is coming to GSCF: Winter Fest 25’
Tom Mandrake (born 1956) is an American comic artist best known for his collaborations with writer John Ostrander on Grimjack, Firestorm, The Spectre, and Martian Manhunter. Influenced by Marvel Comics and Brandywine School painters, Mandrake studied at Cooper School of Art and The Kubert School. Early in his career, he worked on Sgt. Rock and New Talent Showcase for DC, and later contributed to New Mutants at Marvel.
Keith Williams is coming to GSCF: Winter Fest 25’
Keith Williams is a comic book inker who studied Media Arts at the School of Visual Arts in New York City (1976-1980), where he was taught by Will Eisner. With Marvel artist Don Perlin’s mentorship, he joined Marvel Comics in 1982 as a background inker, working with inkers like Joe Sinnott and Mike Esposito.
Bob Sharen is coming to GSCF: Winter Fest 25’
Bob started as a colorist for Marvel in 1978. He’s had long runs on the Spider-man books, Captain America, GI Joe, Master of Kung Fu, Alien Legion, Iron Man, West Coast Avengers, and at one time or another worked on just about every Marvel title. Since leaving Marvel he is mostly doing hand coloring on fan commissioned one-of-a-kind recreations, and is available for digital coloring.
Bob Wiacek is GSCF: Winter Fest 2025
Bob Wiacek (born January 7, 1953) is an American comic book artist known for his work as an inker. He began his career in the mid-1970s with the "Crusty Bunkers" inking collective, working briefly on Superman backgrounds for DC Comics. By 1978, he started a long tenure with Marvel that lasted until 1993.

Charity Art Auction
For Garden State Comic Fest's remarkable 10-year anniversary We are proud to announce that Garden State Comic Fest will be hosting its annual charity art auction on June 22nd as part of our milestone celebration. Over the years, the art auction has grown to become a GSCF tradition with proceeds from this year's auction dedicated to supporting two remarkable charities: The Inkwells and 11th Hour Rescue. Bid on some amazing charity art donated by some of the best in the business.
GSCF: Morristown 2024 Cosplay Contest
ATTENTION COSPLAYERS:
Here at Garden State Comic Fest we are always trying to evolve and test new things. Last year for our cosplay contest, we threw out the book, so to speak, and tried something completely new.
Instead of the traditional contest, at a certain time in a certain area on a certain date, we are transformed all of GSCF into the proverbial stage.
And it was awesome so we are doing it again!!
Ava Schrager coming to Morristown 2024 June 22-23rd!
Ava originally from Cincinatti Ohio, is a 2nd year student at The Joe Kubert School and winner of the Wave Blue World scholarship. She has worked with Philbo Publishing as a cover artist for their "Tragedy" comic book series.
Zeea Adams is coming to GSCF Sunday June 23rd!

Zeea, daughter of colorist extraordinaire Cory Adams and legendary artist Neal Adams, has learned beside each of them. Both parents worked in many mediums, so Zeea has learned to work in pencil, ink, watercolors, acrylics, digital animation, even motion capture. Her commercial work was even part of a major Nasonex campaign featuring Antonio Banderas and the X-Men:Gifted motion comic!
Toni Ann Gisondi is coming to GSCF Morristown 24’
Toni starred in the award winning film version of the musical Annie which is celebrating its 40th anniversary!
Toni is best known for playing Molly the youngest orphan.
We cannot wait for June to come!
Chris Campana is coming to GSCF: Morristown 24’
A 15 year veteran in the comic industry, Chris has worked with Marvel, Hasbro, IDW, Image, Dynamite and many others. His work can be seen on Ghost Rider, Spiderman 2099, Red Goblin, Venom, Deadpool, Gi-Joe, TMNT, Red Sonja, Death Dealer, Fire and Ice, Lady Death, Vampirella, Pathfinder, Tellos and many others.

John Capodice is coming to GSCF Morristown 2024
John Capodice is an American character actor who began his film and television career in the late 1970s. His first role was in the ABC-TV soap opera Ryan's Hope, where he appeared in six episodes as Lloyd Lord. He had guest roles on numerous other TV series, including Spenser: For Hire, Kate & Allie, Seinfeld, Murder She Wrote, Murphy Brown, Knots Landing, Hunter, and Law & Order.
